In order to efficiently improve your business, feedback is crucial so you can understand your customer’s behavior and what they are thinking and feeling. With that stronger understanding, you can work on what your customers truly care about.

Why This Change?

Single-question surveys provide a snapshot of a customer's feelings immediately after a purchase. But to truly understand the nuances of their experience, from product selection to checkout, and from delivery to product usage, we needed to dig deeper. Multiple questions survey provide a broader canvas to capture detailed, specific feedback, painting a clearer picture of the entire purchase journey.

How to Use the New Feature

Under “Create new project” page, select “Post-purchase survey” as your research type.

Then, select “Multi-question survey”.

Then, add questions in your survey. You could add up to 10 questions. However, please be aware that the more question you add, the less completion rate it may have.

Give your research a descriptive theme for better management of your projects within Gojiberry. ‍

Finally, we encourage you to add a small incentive to boost the completion rate, increase loyalty of your customers, and make them feel rewarded afterwards so they would answer more surveys in the future! You may decided how much incentives to give, but if you don’t know where to start, we recommend you estimate how long it takes for a customer to finish the whole survey and give $1 (USD) equivalent of incentive for every minute they spend on it.

Your survey is almost ready! Preview your survey first to make sure it’s good to go.

Once your survey is set, activate it. As responses start pouring in, monitor the insights in real-time on your dashboard.
